Spectrally OS Spectroscopy Software Platform
Spectrally OS is the software layer of the Spectrally platform. It turns raw Raman spectra into operational information: concentrations of individual components, PASS/FAIL classification of a batch, alarms when the process drifts, and quality reports that operators can read without a spectroscopist.
The models are built on convolutional neural networks and advanced chemometrics. One model runs on X1 LAB, X1 PORTABLE and X1 INLINE, so work started in the lab carries over to the production line. Spectrally OS connects to PLC, DCS, MES, SCADA and LIMS over Modbus, keeps a local database with a full history, and controls access with user roles.
