Spectrally X1 PROBE Raman Immersion Probe

Spectrally X1 PROBE is a Raman immersion probe for direct in-situ analysis, with no sampling line and no sample conditioning. It goes straight into reactors, pipelines and process tanks, in batch and continuous processes, and works with the X1 INLINE analyzer. A dual fibre connection, one fibre for excitation and one for collection, simplifies installation and keeps the signal stable.

The probe is built for demanding media: up to 16 bar, up to 125 °C and pH 1–14 for short periods. It works with the Retractex retractable cleaning module, which pulls the probe back, rinses the optical window and reinserts it. That keeps the window clean in fouling media without stopping continuous measurement.
